We had delicious slow cooker BBQ beef, corn-on-the-cob with fresh dill butter, black-eyed peas, grilled salmon and of course... CAKE! My husband boozed up a watermelon with Rum and blended us up a couple of batches of watermelon daiquiris that sure did hit the spot 'cuz it was blazing hot that day.
Sometimes the only thing better than having a party is chowing down on the leftovers the next day. I made these tacos from the BBQ beef and leftover pico de gallo and we even had leftover beer...yay for me. Oh and I'll be damned if I gonna do any more dishes....paper plates and plastic forks for all!
