Studio Friday...Where the Wild Things Are!

The 'wild things' were home all day today cuz it was a.........Snow Day!!
Tons of wintery fun was had by all and then we made peanut butter cookies and hot chocolate. Yummy! We also learned that the red sled goes faster than the blue sled.
We love the red sled.

Ah, snow days! We used to pray for heavy snowfall, but I'm sure our mother wasn't, as it would mean her wild things would be home!

I want snow, too! I hope we´ll have some this christmas. Then I´ll take out my old wooden sled and go to the little hill in the park...and play like a wild child again!

When I was growing up in Truckee, Ca. we had sooo many snow days that one year we didn't start summer vacation 'til July 1st because we had to make up those days. This was my kids first and they loved it...they are praying for more snow and so am I!
