Chicken and veggie pie I made a couple of weeks ago. I had forgotten that I took a picture of it. I do that all the time, I either get so caught up in the cooking and the serving that I completely forget to grab my camera and snap a few or I take a ton of the same thing and never use them. I get distracted......damn you real life.
Anyway I like to use a springform pan when I make any kind of pie. You can make them nice and thick and if you let them cool enough slicing and serving is as easy as .....mmmmpie.
